CONDITIONS/STIPULATIONS FOR APPROVAL
The proposed operation does not
anticipate exposing groundwater. Therefore, no
exposure of ground water cau occur during and
after mining operations.
_ The proposed operation will consume
ground water by _ evaporation, _ dust
control, _ reclamation, _ and water
removed in the mined product. Prior to initiation
of these uses of ground water, the applicant will
need to obtain a gravel well permit. Prior to
obtaining a permit, an approved water supply
plan or a decreed plan for augmentation will be
required.
The applicant has indigted plans to use
other water far uses at the gravel pit or for
storage in the gravel pit. The applicant will need
to provide evidence to this office that the water is
permitted or decreed for such uses.
COMMEIQT'S:
Prior to approving a gravel well
permit, the applicant will need a wavier o[
objection from well owners within 600 feet
or request a hearing before [he State
Engineer.
The proposed operation may have
potential impact on existing water rights
near the project location. Please provide
evidence that the proposed project will not
alter or impact the historic operation of the
existing water rights.
