Long <br />Division Dnector <br />Re: Receipt of 112 ConstruMion Materials Reclamation Permit Application, Bent County Pit # 2, <br />File No. M-2001-019 <br />Dear Mr. Darnell: <br />On April 17, 2001, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 112 Construction Materials Reclamation <br />Permit application for the Bent County Pit # 2, which is located in Bent County. All comme~ and review periods <br />began on April 17, 2001. "llre decision date for your application is scheduled for July 16, 2001. <br />Within ten (10) days after submiGal, you must publish notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality <br />of the proposed mining operation once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks. Immediately after the fast <br />publication, mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of swiace and mineral rights, holders of any <br />recorded easements, and all owners of record of lands that are within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected <br />land. Proof of notice and mailings, such as Certified Mail - Return Receipt Requested, must be submiGsd to the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the decision date. Additionally, any changes or additions to the <br />application on file in our office must also be reflected in the public review copy which has been placed with the <br />Bern County Clerk and Recorder. <br />'Ihe Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the <br />Ad.
