Lony <br />356 Ranney St. D~.,, on D~reL~o, <br />Craig, CO 81625 <br />RE: Wagner Rock, New 110 Permit Application #NS-99-018 <br />Dear Mr. Simpson, <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) would like to respc nd to your letter of comment on the above new <br />110 reclamation permit application. #M-99-018, Wagner Rock. This application was approved by the Division on <br />April 14, 1999, along with the plan to conduct limited blasting at tte site. The Soil Conservation District's letter was <br />received on April 14, 1999, four days alter the end of the commem period specified by the Construction Materials <br />Rules and Regulations, Rule 1.7.2(1). The comment period for I I') applications ends ten days after the last day of <br />publication of notice in a local newspaper, or by the date specified in that advertisement. However, if the Soil <br />Conservation District wishes to appeal the Division's decision, they may file a petition for appeal with the Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board.
