That application initially consisted <br />of eight volumes. On March 2, 1981, Northern supplied two additional <br />volumes of information (Volumes 9 and 10) which responded to complete- <br />ness issues raised by OSM in their letter of November 3, 1980. A chro- <br />nological review of our dealings with OSM_and CMLR on ihis.ap.plic~tion <br />can be found in our March 2, 1981 transmittal letter found in Volume 9 <br />of this permit application. <br />Attached hereto, please find Volume 11, which responds to certain ade- <br />quacy issues which have been raised by OSM, The information contained <br />in Volume 11 should be incorporated as a part of the comprehensive per- <br />mit application for the Meeker Area Mines complex.
