• Stipulation No. 12 <br />WITHIN 120 DAYS OF PERMIT ISSUANCE, THE PERMITTEE SHALL <br />PROVIDE TO THE DIVISION AN ANNUAL OR BIENNIAL REVEGETATION <br />MONITORING PLAN TO BE IMPLEMENTED POST-SEEDING. THE <br />DIVISION SHALL REVIEW THE PLAN AND DETERMINE WHETHER IT IS <br />ACCEPTABLE PRIOR TO THE PERMITTEE BEING RELIEVED OF THE <br />REQUIREMENTS OF THIS STIPULATION. <br />Northern Coal's Plan: <br />Northern will monitor its reseeding every two years <br />until such time as the standards to be set by the <br />Division in Stipulation 11 are achieved.
