Generally, I <br />agree with the reasoning behind the proposal. However, 1 suggest that the plan. <br />be modified as is outlined in [he tables to follow. T}te sul;gested changes should <br />make the plan both less expensive and more effective. llowever, should operations <br />at the mine increase in the future, t}te ulo„Itoring plan will'I,ave to be edjusted <br />accordingly. <br />TABLE 1.
