County Roads to be used by this operation shall be <br />so designated by the County Engineer after consultation with the <br />applicant and shall be hard-surfaced at the applicant's expense <br />to the specification and approval by the County Engineer. <br />3. A hydrological study will be done by a qualified <br />hydrological engineer to determine that no adverse impacts to the <br />domestic and agricultural water wells in the area will result <br />from this operation. The exact area of the potential impacts <br />shall be determined by such engineer. The applicant shall meet <br />all specifications of the engineer to eliminate any adverse <br />impacts if such are found to exist. <br />4. The hydrological study and road improvement plan <br />shall be completed within 90 days from the date hereof. <br />5. If the property is not developed and used as a <br />sand and gravel extraction pit consistent with the terms and <br />conditions hereof within two years of the date hereof, this <br />approval shall become null and void and of no further force and <br />effect. <br />Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by this reference. <br />Commissioners Hotchkiss and Thayer voted in favor of <br />the Findings and Resolution and Commissioner Weitzel voted against <br />the same.
