<br />7. The operators of the facility need to be made aware of <br />the hazards of work activities in proximity (within the <br />easement) of the high voltage transmission line, particularly <br />when using boom equipment, and should do so at their own <br />risk. The line design has been based on a maximum vehicle <br />height of 14 feet. <br />8. In the interests of Safety, I am averse to use of the <br />easement for the asphalt haul road.
