Surface Rental. Section 4 of the Restated Lease shall be, and hereby is, amended <br />by adding the following subpara~mph: <br />"(d) In addilion to all ocher payments heretmder, for each year <br />this Lease is still in effect, (i) upon cxccuGon of the First <br />Amendment to this Lease and on orbefore Apri118 of each year, <br />commencm~ on Apri118, 2004, Lessee shall pay Lessor the stm of <br />5390 as rent for the Stang Area Lands; and (n) commencing with <br />calendar yeaz 2002 real property lases that are payable in 2003, <br />Lessee shall reimburse Lessor for real property taxes assessed <br />annually a~ainci the Siang area Lands within thirty (30) days <br />at3er receipt of evidence of Lessor's ga}vttent of the atutual real <br />property lax assessment" <br />5. Indemnification: R~lamation of Sta2ine area Lands.
