<br />and Cross-Claimants to fully and effectively prosecute this appeal of the decision of the State of <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (the "MLRB") approving the application by Clear <br />Creek Water Providers, LLC, for a Section 112 Reclamation Permit (the "MMRR Quarry <br />Application"). <br />2. Correspondence with the Division's counsel indicate that the Division <br />acknowledges that the MLRB order requires the Division to review and approve certain plans as <br />a technical revision to the existing MMRR Quarry Application and that the Division's future <br />actions could be affected by the Court's decision in this matter. Likewise, the Division <br />understands that its role in implementing the Boazd's order is a sepazate matter from the judicial <br />review of the Boazd's action. <br />3.
