A strike, lock-out or labor disturbance which <br /> terminates or substantially impairs mining and/or <br /> mining operations. Bear shall have the right in <br /> Hear's sole discretion to determine and settle any <br /> strike, lock-out or labor related dispute and shall <br /> not be obligated by Bear's general duty to exercise <br /> reasonable diligence in the conduct of mining <br /> operations to accede to any demand or position of any <br /> ot?~er party involved in such strike, lock-out or labor <br /> dispute. <br /> C.
