Each party shall <br />provide the other with copies of all reports filed with governmental <br />agencies by the reporting party. <br />10. TAXES AND CLAI^15 <br />A. Taxes <br />OPERATOR shall pay all taxes, licenses, and fees levied or <br />assessed on OPERATOR in connection with or incidental to the <br />performance of this contract for Unemployment Compensation <br />Insurance, Old Age Benefits, Social Security, black lung taxes, and <br />insurance premiums and any other premiums or taxes based upon or <br />measured by the wages paid by OPERATOR or coal produced by <br />OPERATOR. OPERATOR further agrees to pay all other taxes and fees <br />levied OPERATOR and attributable to the Work. <br />ATLANTIC RIC'.IFIELD shall be responsible for the paymen*_ of any <br />ad valorem or other taxes levied and assessed with respect to the <br />ownership of the Coal Leases except for such taxes on facilities <br />rwned or installed by OPERATOR which sha]1 be paid by it. ATLANTIC <br />RICHFIELD shall be responsible for all taxes levied or assessed upon <br />the production, severance, extraction, or sale of coal produced <br />under this agreement. <br />B.
