A copy of tt,rse maps <br />shall be forwarded to ATLANTIC RICHFIELD quarterly. <br />3, COAL PRODUCTIOI9 <br />With respect to each offer of coal that ATLANTIC RICHFIELD <br />proposes to make from the Mining Area, ATLANTIC RICHFIELD shall <br />furnish OPERATOR, the terms of the offer, including the sales price <br />(including adjustment to price), the quantity and quality, the <br />period of the sale, the method of transportation, and the point of <br />delivery so that OPERATOR may evaluate the feasibility of performing <br />the t4ork related to the proposed coa'_ offer. Within five (5) days <br />after ATLANTIC RICHFIELD furnishes OPERATOR the information <br />~riescribed above with respect to the proposed offer of coal, OPERATOR <br />shall notify ATLANTIC RICHFIELD whether or not it will perform the <br />'r:ork for such offer. If OPERATOR agrees to perform the Work under <br />the terms of the offer but ATLANTIC RICHFIELD is unable to make a <br />sale without modification of the offer which would adversely affect <br />OPERATOR, ATLANTIC RICHFIELD will notify OPERATOR of the changes in <br />the offer and OPERATOR shall notify ATLANTIC RICHFIELD within two <br />(2) days after ATLANTIC RICHFIELD notification of changes whether or <br />net OPERATGF, will perform the Work for the modified offer. Upon <br />consummation of a sale, ATLANTIC RICHFIELD shall notify OPERATOR and <br />OPERATOR shall be obligated to perform the Work for such sale in <br />accordance ioith the terms and conditions of this Agreement and of <br />the sales agreement for which the coal is being furnished. <br />RE~'ISF,D May 15, 1981 <br />-~- <br />
