<br />PRE-MINING AND MINING PLAN MAP(8) OF AFFECTED LANDB <br />Adiacent Property Owners: <br />Please see drawing included in this Exhibit indicating the <br />owners of the property adjacent to that of the affected property. <br />Specifically, their names and addresses are as follows: <br />a. Monty F. Claycomb, 2006 S. Newark Way, Aurora, Colorado <br />80014. <br />b. Lucille Turecek, East of Hyers, Colorado 80103. <br />c. Olin Thompson, North of Byers, Colorado 80103. <br />d. Thomas R. Johnson, Byers, Colorado 80103. <br />Location of roads, buildings. etc.: <br />Although they do not run adjacent to the affected property, a <br />county road runs along the east and west sides of the SE 1/4 in <br />• which the affected property lies. These roads are commonly known <br />as Calhoun-Byers Road (runs north and south on east side) and X- <br />Moore Road (runs north and south on west side). The only building <br />standing near the affected property is a barn, located on the <br />property owned by the applicant herein. However, the barn is not <br />within 200 feet of the affected property. <br />Existing topography: <br />The land which makes up the affected property is level, there <br />is no slope involved. <br />Total area involved: <br />The total area to be involved in the mining operation is <br />approximately 45.48 acres. <br />Present vegetation: <br />See Exhibit J for further information concerning existing <br />vegetation on the affected property. However, the affected <br />property is that of riverbottom land and supports minimal <br />vegetation. <br />Water resources: <br />• See Exhibit G for further information concerning water <br />resources concerning the affected property.
