The applicant secure a Highway Access permit from [he <br />Department of Highways and proof of such be provided <br />to the Department of Planning and Development within <br />30 days of issuance. <br />~. If a septic system is installed, the Pueblo City-County <br />Health Department be notified and necessary permits be <br />obtained and provided to the Department of Planning and <br />Development within 30 days of issuance. <br />6. The conditions set forth in the original Special Use Permit <br />No. 570 be complied with. <br />7. Landscaping with trees be installed and maintained along the <br />highway frontage of the property in such a manner that it <br />does not interfere with overhead power tines or other <br />utilities. Landscaping is herein defined as: <br />• minimum number of trees shall be 1 per 25' <br />of highway frontage, excluding approved.dativeway <br />access width onto Highway No. 50; <br />And for those minimum number of trees: <br />• not less than 757. shall be conifers levergreens), <br />and the remaining 257, may be either conifer or <br />decidudus; and <br />• the minimum size for trees shall be 4' in height <br />for conifers ad 1}" caliper for deciduous. <br />The landscaping plan shall be reviewed and approved by the <br />Department of Planning and Development prior to installation. <br />• Installation shall be completed within six months <br />(July 28, 1986). <br />8.
