<br />UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE <br />SOIL CONSERVATION SERVICE 1919 Hiehwav 50 West Pueblo CO 81008 <br />November 18, 1985 <br />Mr. John Ungefug <br />Southway Construction Co. <br />117 White Pine <br />Alamosa, CO 81101 <br />Dear Mr. Ungefug: <br />Attached is the soil information you requested for riverbottom in the S 1/2 <br />sec. 35 T20S R63W and the N 1/2 sec. 2 T21S R63W. The sand and gravel bear- <br />ing soils within this area of riverbottom are the Glenberg-Haverson (Gh) fine <br />sandy loam and the Bankard (Bk) sand. Please note that sometimes the sand <br />and gravel are below a depth of 60 inches in places. <br />The Colorado Mined Land Division requires a 110 or 112 permit on mined land. <br />T}iis permit is submitted to the Division. If you require assistance on <br />developing a reclamation plan to be in compliance with the 110 or 112 permit <br />process, please fill out and return the attached "Request for Assistance". <br />In addition, please provide pre- and post-mining land use, land ownership, <br />and the responsible party for reclamation.
