The sand and gravel bear- <br />ing soils within this area of riverbottom are the Glenberg-Haverson (Gh) fine <br />sandy loam and the Bankard (Bk) sand. Please note that sometimes the sand <br />and gravel are below a depth of 60 inches in places. <br />The Colorado Mined Land Division requires a 110 or 112 permit on mined land. <br />T}iis permit is submitted to the Division. If you require assistance on <br />developing a reclamation plan to be in compliance with the 110 or 112 permit <br />process, please fill out and return the attached "Request for Assistance". <br />In addition, please provide pre- and post-mining land use, land ownership, <br />and the responsible party for reclamation.
