The Board has sufficient raw water supplies available <br />to meet the needs of Southwest Ready-Mix, Inc., anywhere in the range of six <br />to thirty-five acre feet. We will be happy to discuss selling you some raw <br />water to meet your demand in the very near future and also to discuss a long- <br />term arrangement for raw water on a year-to-year basis- <br />As I mentioned to you during our phone conversation, the Board is presently <br />setting up a new pricing policy which should be completed in the very near <br />future. If water is needed immediately, it can be purchased under the Board's <br />present guidelines, at a charge of $268.67 per acre foot. <br />Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have questions or need additional <br />information. <br />Sincerely <br />R.
