This permit authorizes the aonlicant to engage in mineral <br />extraction, exploration, development and general mining <br />activities pursuant to the Mineral Resource area regula- <br />tions adopted on Jure 29, 1976. <br />2. To conduct mining extraction and exploration of minerals <br />on the following described tract of land: <br />/A. COAL LANDS <br />All of Section 16, T35N, R10W <br />E/2 of Section 20, T35N, R10W <br />i9/2 of Section 21, T35N, R10W <br />~' E/2 SE/4 of Section 21, T35N, <br />-Section 22, NE/4NW/4 and NW/9 <br />NE/4 of Section 28, T35N, R10~ <br />E/2 N[4/4 of Section 28, T35N, <br />B. SURFACE RIGHTS OF7NERSHIP <br />except the NE/4 of the NE/9 <br />except the SW/4 of NE/4 <br />except the N/2 of the N:•1/9 <br />R10W <br />of NE/4 <br />R10W <br />Section 21, T35N, R10W, NE/4 NE/4 except the SE/4 of <br />this tract. (30 acres) <br />Section 22, T35N, R10S4, Ni4/4 NW/9 except Sig/9 of this <br />tract. (30 acres). <br />3.
