EXHIBIT FF <br />RECLAMATION PLAN <br />Type of Reclamation <br />This pit is to be reclaimed to Native Range land in accordance with exhibit <br />F. Front end loaders, dozers and graders will be utilized to slope and <br />grade the pit after the sand and gravel have been removed. <br />The reclamation plan will be implemented to meet those requirements of <br />Rule 6 that are applicable. They include: <br />a. Backfill will be placed in appropriate areas against existing <br />i <br />steep banks and graded so that the slopes can be made to conform with <br />the reclamation map (Exhibit F). Erosion is not a serious problem <br />• in this pit because of the nature of the material. <br /> b. The timetable for reclamation is listed below: <br />Area 1 - Mined out area - the North and East high banks will <br />backfilled and sloped during the next 10 years. The remainder <br />of the pit cannot be reclaimed until the pit is entirely mined <br />out. <br />Area 2 - Present mining area - The banks of this area will be <br />sloped, graded, topsoiled and seeded starting as soon as the <br />area is mined out. (Estimated 8-10 years) <br />Area 3 - Near future mining area - Reclamation including grading, <br />topsoiling and seeding will commence in approximately 16-18 <br />years upon completion of mining in this area. <br />Area 4 - Distant future mining area - Reclamation of this area <br />• will commence in approximately 30 years depending upon mining <br />production rates. The completion of reclamation will occur <br />within 3 years of completion of mining operations. <br />
