Requesting an Individual CDPS Permit <br />Ang miner or operator_ covered by this General Permit may request to <br />be ezcluded from the coverage by applying for an individual CDPS <br />permit. <br />16. Requesting Coverage Under the General Permit <br />The over or operator of a facility ezcluded from coverage by this <br />General Permit solely because that facility already has an individual <br />permit may request that the individual permit be revoked and that the <br />facility be covered bq this General Permit. Such request shall be <br />evaluated by the Division per criterion specified in Part I of this <br />permit. <br />• <br />• <br />
