The method to be used to measure success will be consistent with Rule 6 of the
"Mineral Rules and Regulations". Revegetation will be considered successful when it has
achieved 70 percent of the total premising vegetative ground cover of the selected reference
azea and has survived three growing seasons following the last seeding or fertilization
operation. Pre-mining vegetative ground cover will be based on measurements of ground
cover of an adjacent undisturbed azea supporting a similaz vegetation community.
2.10 Site Protection and Management
The perimeter of the Pazkdale Project is fenced and the fence will be maintained to
continue to restrict public and stock access.
