E uent Limitations: The permittee has been in comppliance with all terms and conditions ojthe permit. The limitations for <br />total iron an Iota suspersded solids for outfa11004A were not reported as exceedarsces because the permittee met the <br />criteria far a greater that a ]0-year/24-hour storm event exemption. _ <br />VI. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PERMIT <br />A. Determination of Effluent Limitations <br />1. Effluent Limitations.' In developing suitable effluent limitations, the Division reviewed all applicable standards and <br />regulations and apply those, which are more stringent. This review includes, brit is not limited to: the water qualitystandard <br />based effluent [imitations, federal guidelines and standards (40 CFR SubchapterN) and Regulationsjor Effluent Limitations <br />Regulation 62.0 (Section 62.4).
