Permit No. CO-0045161 <br />CounTy: Moffat i <br />• AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE <br />COLORADO DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM <br />In compliance with the provisions of the Colorado Water Quality Control Ac[, (25-8-] O] e[ seq., CRS, 1973 as amended) and the Federal <br />Water Pollution Control Act, as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.; the "Act") the <br />COLOWYO COAL COMPANY, L. P. <br />is authorized to discharge from the Colowyo Mine located in the In Sections 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 2Q 21, 22, T3N, R93W; and <br />Sections 13, 15, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28 33, 34, T4N, R93W; approximately 28 imles south of Craig, CO, to the mainstem of Good Spring <br />Creek above Wilson Reservoir and Wilson Creek and their tributaries, in accordance with effluent lunitahons, monitoring requirements and <br />other conditions set forth in Part I and II hereof. All dischazges authorized herein shall be consistent with the terms and condinons of this <br />pemtit. <br />The applicant may demand an ad~l'udica[ory hearing within thirty (30) days of the issuance of the fmal permit determination, per the Colorado <br />Discharge Petmit System Regulations, 61.7(1). Should the applicant choose to contest an of the effluent limitations, monitoring <br />requirements or other conditions contained herein, the applicant must comply with Section 24-4-104 CRS and the Colorado Discharge Perrmt <br />System Regulations.
