Enng <br />Division Director <br />Washington County <br />501 4th Ave. <br />Otis, CO 80743 <br />Re: Receipt of 110 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application, Chris Aaegeson Pit #2, <br />File No. M-2000-084 <br />Dear Mr. Kuntz: <br />On July 7, 2000, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 110 Construction Materials Reclamation <br />Permit application for the Chris Aaegeson Pit #2, which is located in Washington County. All comment and <br />review periods began on July 7, 2000. The decision date for your application is scheduled for August 7, 2000. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of the notice <br />to all owners of record of surface rights and all owners of record of lands that are within 200 fee[ of the boundary <br />of the affected land is required within 10 days after submittal. You must submit proof of the notice and mailings, <br />such as Certified Mail -Return Receipt Requested, to the Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the decision <br />date. Additionally, any changes or additions to the application on file in our office must also be reflected in the <br />public review copy which has been placed with the Washington County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the <br />Ad.
