Name and address of applicant: Standard Metals Corporation <br />P. 0. Box 247 <br />Silverton, Colorado 81433 <br />2. Name of structure by means of which water under subject water right is <br />diverted and conveyed: Reclamation Irrigation Pipeline. <br />3. The Reclamation Irrigation Pipeline derives its source of supply from overflow <br />stream flowing from the collection box on the Town of Silverton Municipal Water <br />Pipeline in Boulder Creek, a tributary of the Animas River. The headgate for <br />the Reclamation Irrigation Pipeline is located at a point just below the cinder- <br />. block box of the municipal system on the west bank of Boulder Creek whence USLM <br />Evergreen bears N67°50'30"E, 3400.1 feet, and is approximately in the protracted <br />center of Sec 10, T41N, R7W, NMPM. See attached map. <br />4. The Reclamation Irrigation Pipeline is basically a gravity flow pipeline. <br />Starting at the headgate there is approximately 900 feet of two-inch high density <br />polyethylene pipe following the approximate downstream course of Boulder Creek <br />for 370 feet, and then following a general course of S7°W for 530 feet. The <br />net drop in the pipeline, from headgate to end, is 80.88 feet. <br />5. Capacity of pipeline: Absolute: 0.17 cubic feet per second <br />Conditional: 0.84 cubic feet per second <br />(Pipeline replaced by 4-inch high <br />density polyethylene pipe) <br />6. Source of water (watershed): The overflow from the Town of Silverton Municipal <br />• Collection Box in Boulder Creek, a tributary of <br />the Animas River. <br />7. Date of initiation of appropriation: June 21, 1977 <br />8. Amount of water claimed by diversion: Absolute: 0.17 cubic feet pear second <br />Conditional: 0.84 cubic feet per second <br />9. Use or proposed use of the water: To supply water for an irrigation system <br />designed for the revegetation of the surface area of abandoned and current <br />tailings disposal ponds on Standard Afetals' properties in the Boulder Creek/ <br />Animas River vicinity. <br />10. Land to be irrigated: Land in the SF}t, NF}L, and land in the NP3t, SF1~ or <br />protracted Sec 9, T41N, R7W, NMPM, containing 22.2 acres. <br />11.
