<br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Pueblo County do Pueblo County Public Works; 33601 United Avenue, Pueblo, CO. 81006 <br />(719) 583-6040, has filed an application for a Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation <br />Recamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Recamation Board under provisions of the <br />Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed <br />mine is known as the Everhart Pit, and is located at the N1/2 of the NE1/4 and the NW1/4 in <br />Section 15 and the SW1/4 of Section 10, all contained in Township 21 South, Range 68 West of <br />the 6`h Principal Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is December 1, 1997, and the proposed date of <br />completion is December 1, 2007. The proposed future use of the land is rangeland. Additional <br />information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, CO. 80203, (303) 886-3567, or at the <br />Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder's office; Pueblo County Court House, 215 West 10th Street, <br />Pueblo, CO. 81003, or the above named applicant. <br />Comments must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Minerals and Geology by <br />4:00 p.m. on November 13, 1997. <br />
