EXHIBIT L -Permanent Man-Made Structures <br />The only permanent man-made structure within 200 feet of the proposed permit area is the Mask <br />Ranch, LLC. "Railroad Flatcar" bridge crossing the San Juan River. This bridge provides access <br />to the proposed permit area as well as other areas of [he Mask Ranch. The gravel surfaced "Ranch <br />Road" exits the Mask Ranch property well to the north of the proposed area of operations onto <br />Archuleta County Road # 119. The proposed operations will not affect county road. <br />The bridge has a maximum load capacity of 50 tons. The bridge was designed and inspected after <br />construction by Con-Struct Engineering, Inc. of Durango, CO. A letter referencing the design <br />rating and inspection is attacked to the Exhibit A -Map 4, Site Access and Bridge. All <br />recommended inspections, speed limit postings and load capacities will be followed. <br />
