As such, a legal right to <br />enter agreement is deemed to be unnecessary. The proposed operation is located wholly within the Mask <br />Ranch, LLC. Property as shown on [he Exhibit A maps. The entire proposed permit area boundary is <br />adjacent to Mask, LLC. owned properties. Production royalties will not be required as [he <br />applican[/operator and owner are one in the same. The primary reason for the development of the <br />aggregate deposit located within [he proposed permit area is to provide roadbase gravel and subgrade fill <br />material for existing and planned roads on the ranch property. <br />
