Please have the appropriate <br />official sign, and return. <br />Exhibit B - Mining Plan <br />Z. What is the direction in which mining will progress? <br />2. What will be the approximate maximum depth to be mined? <br />3. Locate on your map (refer to the following exhibit C) <br />where topsoil wiZZ be stockpiled. <br />4. The soils descriptions you sent show typically 12"+ of good <br />topsoil in this area. Please salvage at least the upper 12". <br />5. Was the road included in the affected area (Rule 1.'Z)? <br />Is this to be a new road? What is the ultimate end use of <br />the road? <br />6. As a stabilization measure, plant the topsoil stockpile with <br />6 lbs./Acre Western wheatgrass PLS (pure live seed). <br />7. What is the anticipated Zife of the pit? <br />8. Will crushing occur? <br />9.
