Performance Bond
Since you have established an excellent record of cooperation performing maintenance wtd reclamation the Bond amount was
recomputed from yow' previous Road Use Permit using our lowest estimated cost to repair a mile of native surfaced road. This reduced
your Bond amount even though yow- tttileage on the perntit increased slightly.
Your Bond was calculated using a flat rate of $10,000 per mile as the cost to restore one mi]e of road from an unusable condition. The
total was the result of this rate multiplied by the miles of road under perntit. ($10,000 X 21 Writes = $210,000) This reduced yow-
obligation by $75,000.
Clause 20. Snow Removal
The requirements for snow removal are in addition to any "CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL" attached to the Annual Operating Plan or
other special authorizations. Also these requirements may be modified to accommodate public snowmobile use. ht the event of a conflict
between the Road Use Permit requirements and the Amoral Operating Plan the perntittee shall request clarification from the Paonia
District Ranger.
.~~. ~, ...,..~i.... .,.y.,........, .+mc vnn u~u,YYYYr
ACCEPTED
Issuing Officer (Name
APPROVED
Microsoft Word 2000
