Ranee 90 West. 6t° Prime Meridian: <br />Section 1: ALL; <br />Section 2: ALL; <br />Section 11: N%z N %z; <br />Section 12: N%z N %z. <br />The following Lease Notice shall be included in all license, prospecting permit, and lease <br />issuance responses to the Bureau of Land Management State Directors (FSM Region 2 <br />Supplement 2900-94-1, 2822.42): <br />NOTICE FOR LANDS OF THE NATIONAL FOREST SYSTEM UNDER <br />JURISDICTION OF DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE <br />The permittee/lessee must comply with all the rules and regulations of the Secretary of <br />Agriculture set forth at Title 36, Chapter II, of the Code of Federal Regulations governing <br />the use and management of the National Forest System (NFS) when not inconsistent with <br />the rights granted by the Secretary of Interior in the permit.
