This is a <br />dredge operation in a wet pit, and the proper slopes will be maintained by <br />placing waste fines back in the water and shaping the banks as operations <br />proceed." <br />If the operation is closely monitored to assure this is done, I can recommend tnat <br />bond be set at: <br />I 5 acres of Major Disturbance (Includes dredge area and stockpile and processing <br />areas as per definition. <br />5 ac x $500 = $ 2500 <br />3 acres of Moderate: i.e. sides lopes to be dress <br />3 x $350 = $1050 <br />2 acres of Minor <br />2 x $250 = $500 <br />$4050 <br />and Admin. _ $5000 <br />
