Effluent Limitations <br />PART I <br />PARTI <br />Page No. 3 <br />Petmit No.: CO-0000221 <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and ]acting through the expiration date of the permit, the petmittee is <br />authorized to discharge from Outfalls 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016, and 017. Also, <br />monitoring requirements for Outfalls MN02, MN03, MN04, MNOS, MN06, MN08, MN09, MNIO, MN11, MN12, MN13, <br />MN14, MN15, MN16 and MN17 have been added. These MN Ou[falls correspond to [he locations of the original ou[falls, <br />Outfall 002 and MN02, Outfall 003 and MN03 and so forth. WET testing requirements are limited under separate outfalls, as <br />documented in the following tables. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 62.4, and the <br />Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 61.8(2), 5 C.C.R. 1002-61, [he permitted discharge shall not contain <br />effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified flow <br />limitation. <br />a.
