(a} 3~ction 252.9 Maintenance during Operations, public safety: <br />• It is herein agreed that during all operations, the operator <br />shall maintain his structures, equipment, and other facilities <br />in a safe, neat and vorkmsnlike manner. Hazardous sites or <br />conditions resulting from the operations shall be marked by <br />signs, fenced or othenrise identified to protect the public. <br />• lv.
