B3 32-44 inches light yellowish brown (10 YR 6/4) light clay, yellowish
brown (10 YR 5/6) moist; moderate fine angular blocky structure;
hard, firm; sticky and plastic; few fine, very tine, and medium
roots; some B2 tongueing into this horizon, krotovinas are common,
slightly-calcareous; pH 6.5; abrupt wavy boundary.

30, T.5 N R.85W at 7,590 feet elevation is:
Al 0-14 inches dark grayish brown (10 YR 4/2) fine sandy loam, very
dark grayish brown (10 Yr 3/2) moist; fine single grain structure;
loose, loose; non-sticky and slightly plastic; common very fine to
coarse roots; about 30 percent gravels throughout; non-calcareous;
30 percent gravels, 20 percent cobbles; gradual smooth boundary.
B2 14-28 inches brown (10 YR 5/3) gravelly sandy clay loam, yellowish
brown (10 YR 5/4) moist; moderate tine subangular blocky
structure; slightly hard, friable; slightly sticky and slightly plastic;
few fine to coarse roots; non-calcareous; 35 percent gravels; clear
wavy boundary.
CI 28-56 inches very pale brown (10 YR 7/4) gravelly sandy clay, light
yellowish brown (10 YR 6/4) moist; strong medium angular blocky
to massive structure; hard, firm; slightly sticky; plastic; very few
roots below 28 inches; vein of cobbles 28 to 40 inches; non-
calcareous; 50 percent gravels; clear smooth boundary.
