Beginning no later than tbe effective date of this permit sad lasting through March 31, 1999, the permittea is authorized to
discharge from outfalls 001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009, 023, 024, 025, 026 sad 028.
In accordance with the Water Quality Control Comm;eeipn Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 10.1.3, and State
Discharge Permit System Regulations, Suction 6.9.2, 5 C.C.R 1002-2, the permitted discharge shall not contain affluent
parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified flow limitation.
