Mining will begin by stripping any available <br />' topsoil from a portion of the property and stockpiled along the perimeter <br /> of the mined area. The sand and gravel will then be removed and hauled <br />' to the main plant in Sterling. The deposit of material is between 10 <br /> CONTINOED ON ATTACHED SHEET. <br />' 14.
