~~ .... • <br />A Resolution and Order Concerning the Clear Creek County Zoning Rules <br />and Descriptive Regulations and the Mining One (M-1)Zoning District. <br />By unanimous action [he Board adopts the following Resolution and Order: <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held at [he Clear Creek County <br />Courthouse in Goerge;town, Colorado at 1:30 p. m. on the 15th of November, <br />1976 pursuant to a public notice duly published in the legal newspaper of the <br />County as required by Title 30, Article 28, Sections 112 and 116 of the <br />Colorado Revised Statutes; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the finding of the Board that the Planning Commission <br />has duly recommended that the Clear Creek County Zoning Rules and <br />Descriptive Regulations be amended to include a Mining One (M-1) district <br />and to include specific M-1 District maps; and <br />WHEREAS, this resolution applies to the unincorporated areas of <br />Clear Creek County and applies to specific areas and activities designated by <br />the Board; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the Board that in order to preserve and protect <br />health, safety, and the economic integrity of persons and property in said <br />areas, the Board does now adopt the following: <br />A. The mining related amendments to the County Zoning Rules <br />and Regulations may be found recorded in Book beginning <br />at Page of the Records of Clear Creek County. <br />B. A rezoning of all patented mining claims and mapped mining <br />areas as mapped in the 1\9ining One (M-1) Zoning District Maps <br />book, to the Mining One status with the exception o aII <br />approved subdivisions, existing residences, and individual <br />parcels previously rezoned otherwise. The above mentioned <br />book is also recorded in the office of the County Clerk. <br />UNANI\4OUSLY APPROVED AND ADOPTED this l~ifteentlt day of <br />November, A. D. 1976 <br />t~ <br />
