Proposed Future Land Use (Goal of reclamation) Agricultural, indu~crial and air strip EXHIEIT A - Legal Description The legal description must identify the affected land and be wholly ade uate for field location of the property. It can be in the form of metes & bounds surv y or a description oy reference to township, range, and section, to at least t e nearest quarter-quarter section. Where applicahle, the street address or lot n tuber(s) may be used. EXHIBIT B - r9ining Plan This can be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, phases or s ages of the operation and those areas of land affected by each. The plan should be correlated with the map and should show where extraction will begin, and which directio if any, it will proceed. EXHIBIT C -Map This map should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain sufficient information to determine the location of the affected land on the ground and existi g and proposed roads or access routes to be used in connection with the mining operati n. All immediately adjacent landowners of record must be shown. The quarters ction Corner, section line, or any other locatable points should also be shown on this map. EXHIBIT D - Wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation Each of the above-mentioned subjects must be addressed as outlined in ~he applicable Rule. EXHIBIT ~ - Reclamation Plan As with the mining plan, this should be a general discussion of the me hods, equipment, phases or stages of the reclamation process and those portions of land affected by each. If possible, the plan should be closely correlated with the map. If n t, the narrative must be comprehensive enough to draw an accurate verbal picture of the expected appearance of the area after completion of reclamation.
