Proposed Future Land Use <br />(Goal of reclamation) Agricultural, indu~crial and air strip <br />EXHIEIT A - Legal Description <br />The legal description must identify the affected land and be wholly ade uate for field <br />location of the property. It can be in the form of metes & bounds surv y or a <br />description oy reference to township, range, and section, to at least t e nearest <br />quarter-quarter section. Where applicahle, the street address or lot n tuber(s) may be <br />used. <br />EXHIBIT B - r9ining Plan <br />This can be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, phases or s ages of the <br />operation and those areas of land affected by each. The plan should be correlated with <br />the map and should show where extraction will begin, and which directio if any, it <br />will proceed. <br />EXHIBIT C -Map <br />This map should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain sufficient information <br />to determine the location of the affected land on the ground and existi g and proposed <br />roads or access routes to be used in connection with the mining operati n. All <br />immediately adjacent landowners of record must be shown. The quarters ction Corner, <br />section line, or any other locatable points should also be shown on this map. <br />EXHIBIT D - Wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation <br />Each of the above-mentioned subjects must be addressed as outlined in ~he applicable <br />Rule. <br />EXHIBIT ~ - Reclamation Plan <br />As with the mining plan, this should be a general discussion of the me hods, equipment, <br />phases or stages of the reclamation process and those portions of land affected by each. <br />If possible, the plan should be closely correlated with the map. If n t, the narrative <br />must be comprehensive enough to draw an accurate verbal picture of the expected <br />appearance of the area after completion of reclamation. <br />
