~~ <br />CIVIL RES"s~U RCES <br />Hall-Irwin commits to reporting an exceedance of a groundwater elevation (3' or more) to DMG within 24 <br />hours of recording such measurement, and submitting a technical revision indicating the mitigation method <br />employed within 30 days of verifying an exceedance of a groundwater elevation. Hall-Irwin will also notify <br />its consultants in order to form a plan and begin generating a report and Technical Revision per the DMG's <br />request. The six piezometers will be measured during the mitigation and a report will be submitted to the <br />DMG discussing the mitigation and the production of the injured well.
