Gravel is greater than 10o in parent material. <br />From 2 to 10 foot is a sand and gravel highly varible in depth. <br />This material is over lime cemented sandstone highly weathered in places. <br />It arnear: to be rinnaBle in places but hard sandstone bedrock where thick. <br />This sandstone overlays a yellowish and greenish colored shale. <br />The material on the north slope of the gravel pit is dominately a <br />clay loam high in lime with small areas of sandy loam. There are occassional <br />snots of deep sandy-gravelly material. The nit bottom is covered with fine <br />Gravel and sand underl=_in by a limy-silt material in most areas. <br /> <br />
