The Division, parties and members of the public shall make presentations in the following order. <br />The time limits set out below aze maximum limits and shall be strictly enforced. The Boazd, in its <br />discretion, may allow additional time when warranted. The Boazd has the right to limit any <br />redundant or irrelevant testimony. As noted below, all parties will be afforded an opportunity to <br />conduct cross-examination of any witnesses that testified during the presentation. <br />Boazd's Consideration and Adoption of the Pre-hearing Order: <br />The Pre-hearing Conference Officer shall present this Pre-hearing Order to the Boazd for <br />adoption. The Boazd will heaz any objections to the proposed Order at that time, and will <br />make any necessary amendments prior to adopting the Order. <br />Division's Presentation and Recommendation: <br />The Division shall have 30 minutes in which to present an overview of the application <br />and their proposed decision. <br />Applicant's Presentation: <br />The Applicant shall have 30 minutes in which to make a presentation to the Boazd. <br />4. ' , Objectors' Presentations: <br />The Objectors shall have 45 minutes in which to make a presentation to the Board. <br />Public Comment Period: <br />Members of the public who are not parties to this action shall have 10 minutes <br />collectively to address the Boazd. <br />6. Applicant Rebuttal: <br />The Applicant shall have 15 minutes to cross-examine witnesses and make a rebuttal <br />statement. <br />7. Objector's Rebuttal: <br />The Objectors shall have 15 minutes to cross-examine witnesses and make a rebuttal <br />statement. <br />8. Division's Rebuttal: <br />The Division shall have 15 minutes to cross-examine witnesses and make a rebuttal <br />statement. <br />4 <br />
