The
document stated that you placed for public review a 112 Conditional Use application
at the clerk's office. On October 20, 1994, I phoned the Alamosa County Clerk and
Recorder's to check on the type of application package that they had for public
review. The Clerk informed me that the application that she had was the Alamosa
County 112 Conditional Use application. You need to place a copy of the Division
of Minerals and Geology's 112 application form, plus all Exhibits and any other
information submitted to the Division of Minerals and Geology at the Alamosa County
Clerk and Recorder's office and have the clerk give you a new dated receipt for our
application package. When you have this new receipt you may fax the document to me
then hard copy the Division.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
~~ ~ ~1~~/axe
Barbara D.
