4.0 CONCLUSION <br />All four reclaimed Therma] Event SAES generate less sediment during the 10-year, 24-hour storm event <br />than adjacent undisturbed slopes. This can be attributed to two major factors: <br />1. No appreciable canopy in the reclaimed areas means more dense grasses and higher ground <br />cover percentages than adjacent undisturbed oakbrush commmrities. <br />2.
