Mineral Rules and <br />Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />,/A. E:chibit A - Legal Description <br />1. Please provide the quarter section and quarter-quarter section that <br />identifies the affected land. <br />~. Exhibit 8 - Site Description <br />1. The description of the vegetation and soil characteristics of the <br />area are not adequate. The staff recommends contacting the Soil <br />Conservation Service office your area for the necessary information <br />and forwarding it to our office. <br />~. Exhibit C - Mining Plan <br />1. Please provide the dimensions of the access road into the mine site. <br />~. Exhibit D - Reclamation Plan <br />1. The staff recommends applying 4000 pounds per acre of mulch to <br />minimize soil erosion and improve plan establishment of the site. <br />~. Exhibit E -Maps <br />1. The affected area on the map is 600 foot by 280 foot. The affected <br />area in Exhibit C - Mining Plan is 600 foot by 200 foot. Which is <br />correct? <br />2. The access road into the site is not shown on the maps. The access <br />road should be included in the permitted acreage if it is to be <br />constructed.
