The enclosed property description (encompassing 59.87 acres) represents
J. H. Lionelle's (d/b/a U. S. Soil Conditioning Company) Agricultural
Mineral Processing Area and Fertilizer Plant Site for which we are mak-
ing application for a special use permit.
To the best of my knowledge this particular land area has been used as
a mineral processing area since 1933 (Date of the Mineral Survey for the
Crysta1Mi11 Site M. S, No. 20509 of the Colorado Travertine Company).
The enclosed plat, property description, deeds, location certificates,
and Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad lease are for your use in
processing this application.
The plat reflects, to date, the best information available,relative to
adjoining ownership that the Fremont County Assessor has on its tax
rolls.
We have retained the Fremont County Abstract Company to resolve •~wner-
ship of the 'unknown' parcel of land located in the SE ', of the NW '-;
of Section 19, T 49 N, R 10 E, N.M,P.M, ,
