Cascade Avenue, <br />Montrose, Colorado 81401 has filed an application for a Mining and <br />Reclamation permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />under provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Relamation Act. The <br />proposed mine is known as the Spring Creek Gravel Pit and is <br />located at or near Section 13, Township 49 North, Range 10 West, <br />New Mexico Principle Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is June 1, 1995 and the proposed <br />date of completion is June 1, 2015. The proposed future use of the <br />land is rangeland.
