<br />Russell Ranch General Partnership, Box597,

<br />filed an application for a Construction Ma-
<br />terials Limited Impact (110) Reclamation Per-
<br />mit wbh the Colorado Mined Land Recta-~
<br />mation Board under provisions of the Col-
<br />orado Land Reclamation Act for the Extrac-
<br />tion of Constmcton Matedals. The proposed
<br />mine is known as the Russell Ranch Pit, and
<br />is located at or near Section 32, Township 1
<br />North, Range 93 West, 6th Pdme Meridian.
<br />Due to the hauUaccess road needing to be
<br />permitted in the 110 Permit, the actual pd has
<br />decreased in size by .94 acres to allow for
<br />hauUaccess road to be added to the 110 Per-
<br />mit at a 25 tt. width.
<br />The proposed date of commencement is
<br />4/10/2006, and the proposed date of com-
<br />pletion is NA The proposed future use of the
<br />land is Range/Pasture Land. Additional in-
