Commence reclamation on abandoned or inactive operations on or <br />before December 31, 1978. <br />8. Plead no contest to the issue of having conducted unpermitted open <br />mining sand 6 gravel operations at: (See Exhibit A which is attac}ied hereto <br />and incorporated thereby by reference.) for the purposes of all hearings <br />conducted by the Board pursuant to its authority under C.R.S. 1973, Sections <br />34-32-123 and 124, as amended. <br />9. Follow all the provisions of the cease and desist order i:~sued on <br />these operations until and unless the Board subsequently modifies th~a terms <br />thereof or removes the condition from the order.
