Is the site of material extraction public or privately owned property? <br />(A) Private Property <br />3. What type(s) of material is proposed to be extracted? <br />(A) Gravel <br />4. Will the extracted material be hauled off-site or used on the same parcel of property where the material is <br />extracted? <br />(A) The extracted material will be used on the ranch property for private roads and <br />driveways for parcels being developed. In some cases, purchasers of property have <br />requested gravel for their own driveways. As a customer service, we have provided <br />gravel to them or their road contractors at the wst of gravel crushing only. In some <br />cases, we have included the graveUdriveway as part of the sale of the property. There <br />Hasn't been any case where we have sold gravel off-site or to any person who did not <br />own property on the ranch. <br />5. What on site use will be made of the extracted material? <br />(A) Graveling Roads for the Ranch development and driveway graveled for landowners in <br />the development. <br />6. If the material is hauled off-site, where will it be hauled and what is the intended use? <br />(A) Materials will not be hauled off-site <br />7.
